What A Great Turnaround Means To Me..

By Gloria Iyaoromi (Pre-teen Church)

What a great turnaround means to me is like moving from failure to success, a downgrade to an upgrade and it also means a very good improvement in your life.

For instance, if you are poor you can become very rich. I don't mean physical riches. I mean if you are poor in spirit, you will inherit the Kingdom of God which is greater than having worldly riches - Luke 6:20.

How can you inherit the Kingdom of God? You can inherit the Kingdom of God by obeying God's word, following all his commandments, and spending time in his presence.

Another way a great turnaround can happen in someone's life is that if you get sick a lot, you can become better and never get sick and believe in God that you are made whole. Isaiah 53:5 says "by his stripes you are made whole".

When you believe, and you have faith you will have an excellent turnaround in your life. For example if have no job and have no money you can get a job by trusting in God, and then after that God will direct your path. Proverbs 3:5-6 says: "trust in the lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding in all your ways acknowledge him and he shall direct your path". Before you know it, you will have a great turnaround in your life.

The point is, for you to have a great turnaround in life, the number one thing you need in your life is God and his guidance. After that your paths will be straight, and you will have a better life and a very great turnaround in your life. Job 37:12 - "at his direction they swirl around over the face of the whole earth to do whatever he commands them".

"When you believe and have faith"......Thank you Gloria for this great piece. Your take on this reminds me of Psalm 8:2a which says "out of the mouth of babes and sucklings hast thou ordained strength". I am richly blessed and I pray that you will continue to grow in God's presence and favour.
